Abstract

The invention relates to a pressed stiffening plate prepared by utilizing a recovered reinforced plastic glass fibre scrap material and a process thereof. The pressed stiffening plate takes the recovered reinforced plastic glass fibre scrap material as the major ingredient comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 12-16% of high-temperature resin, 65-70% of the reinforced plastic glass fibre scrap material and 18-22% of scrap particles and/ or polishing dust of a p-phthalate unsaturated polyester pouring material, and the moisture content of the reinforced plastic glass fibre scrap material is less than or equal to 1%; and the auxiliary material is a resin additive with the high-temperature resin amount of is 2-5%. The preparation process comprises: weighting the components for standby; adding the reinforced plastic glass fibre scrap material into a stirred tank first; stirring by utilizing a mixer; adding the scrap particles and/ or polishing dust of the p-phthalate unsaturated polyester pouring material into the stirred tank; then, adding the high-temperature resin; mixing evenly to form a stiffening plate premix; heating a mould until the temperature thereof is 160-170 DEG C; coating release agent in the mould; putting the stiffening plate premix into the mould, and flattening the stiffening plate premix; and pressing and shaping the stiffening plate premix by utilizing a press. The invention has the advantages of effectively recovering the plastic glass fibre scrap material, reducing environment pollution and saving the amount of outsourced stiffening plates.
