Abstract

The invention discloses an SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) molecular marker identification method of goat breeds. The method mainly comprises the following steps of: randomly sampling a blood sample from samples and extracting genome DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) by using a resin-type TM (Melting Temperature) genome DNA extraction kit; screening SSR primers and carrying out PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) augmentation to different goat DNA templates with each pair of SSR primers; carrying out electrophoresis detection to an augmentation product and screening out primers with amplification result differences for authenticating goat breeds; and calculating allele composition and the frequency thereof by utilizing PopGene32 and accurately authenticating the breeds through analyzing genetic parameters, such as colony heterozygosity, polymorphism information content, genetic distances, and the like. The SSR molecular marker identification method of the goat breeds, which is provided by the invention, is stable and reliable without being influenced by growth seasons and age differences and provides a scientific basis for authenticating, selecting and estimating the goat breeds.
