Embodiment 1

[0012] Mix air-dried wheat straw with 0.5% sulfuric acid at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:7, and hydrolyze it at 115°C for 2 hours to prepare a five-carbon sugar solution. The prepared five-carbon sugar solution first enters the heating kettle of the furfural distillation tower, maintains the temperature at 99°C, and distills under reduced pressure at a vacuum degree of 0.02MPa to obtain crude furfural, which is obtained by rectification and dehydration to obtain furfural products. The five-carbon sugar liquid distilled under reduced pressure is used to separate the acid radical ions in the liquid through an electrodialysis device. Separation conditions: temperature 30°C, current density 800A / m 2 . Finally, sulfuric acid, formic acid and acetic acid were separated and purified by ion exchange. The treated five-carbon sugar solution is used as a fermentation medium for chemical products such as ethanol and acetone butanol.

Embodiment 2

[0014] Mix air-dried rice straw with 0.3% sulfuric acid at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:7, and hydrolyze it at 125°C for 5 hours to prepare a five-carbon sugar solution. The prepared five-carbon sugar solution first enters the heating kettle of the furfural distillation tower, maintains the temperature at 70°C, and distills under reduced pressure at a vacuum degree of 0.05 MPa to obtain crude furfural, which is obtained by rectification and dehydration to obtain furfural products. The five-carbon sugar liquid distilled under reduced pressure is used to separate acid radical ions in the liquid through an electrodialysis device. Separation conditions: temperature 20°C, current density 1200A / m 2 . Finally, sulfuric acid, formic acid and acetic acid were separated and purified by ion exchange. The treated five-carbon sugar solution is used as a fermentation medium for chemical products such as ethanol and acetone butanol.

Embodiment 3

[0016] Mix air-dried corn stalks with 0.5% sulfuric acid at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:6, and hydrolyze them at 130°C for 3 hours to prepare a five-carbon sugar solution. The prepared five-carbon sugar solution first enters the heating kettle of the furfural distillation tower, maintains the temperature at 85°C, and distills under reduced pressure at a vacuum degree of 0.04MPa to obtain crude furfural, which is obtained through rectification and dehydration to obtain furfural products.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for pretreating straw pentose hydrolyzate for fermentation. The method mainly comprises the following steps of: decompressing, distilling and separating pentose liquid to obtain furfural in the pentose liquid; and then separating weak acid and strong acid in the furfural through electroosmosis and ion exchange. The method has the advantage of separating to obtaina product with a high added value while improving the fermentability of the pentose liquid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of fermentation engineering, in particular to a method for pretreatment of straw five-carbon sugar hydrolyzate for fermentation. Background technique [0002] Crop straw is an important lignocellulosic resource. The output of straw in my country reaches more than 700 million tons every year. Unfortunately, these resources have not been well utilized so far. The main components of straw include cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Research on properly separating these components and making full use of them is currently being actively carried out (Willke, et al, Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology, 2004.66: 131-142). [0003] Among the structural units of straw hemicellulose, the five-carbon sugar unit has the highest content. Therefore, as mentioned earlier, the main component in its hydrolyzate is mainly five-carbon sugar. Among the monosaccharides in nature, the amount of five-carbon sugars (including five-ca...
