The method comprises the following steps: 1) modifying polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether by halogenating; 2) preparing glycidyl dimethyl alkyl ammonium chloride; 3) preparing quaternized carboxy alkyl chitosan; 4) causing the modified polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether to react with the quaternized carboxy alkyl chitosan, thereby obtaining a target product, polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether grafted quaternized carboxy alkyl chitosan. According to the invention, the chitosan natural high-molecular compound is taken as the raw material and has the advantages of wide resource, naturality, non-toxicity, sustainability, excellent biological compatibility of products, degradability, and the like. The demulsifier prepared according to the invention has excellent demulsification dewatering effect; the molecule of the demulsifier contains a large amount of carboxy alkyl groups and quaternary ammonium salt groups and the electronegative ions, including metal cation, naphthene acid radicals, and surfaces are electronegative grains and have strong combining capacity, so that the demulsifier has the capacities of demulsifying while removing oil-soluble salt.

Method for treating complexed chemical nickel electroplating wastewater

The invention provides a method for treating complexed chemical nickel electroplating wastewater and aims at the problem in the existing complexed chemical nickel electroplating wastewater treatment processes that the nickel ion removal efficiency is inadequate. The method comprises the main processes of firstly adding calcium hydroxide into the wastewater, adjusting the pH to 8-9 so as to form calcium phosphate precipitates, adding sulfuric acid into a supernatant liquid so as to adjust the pH of the liquid to 4-5, then, adding a potassium ferrate liquid with strong oxidizing power so as to decomplex in a strong oxidizing manner and change complexed nickel ions into free-state nickel ions, then, adding calcium hydroxide, adjusting the pH to 10-11 so as to enable the free-state nickel ions to form precipitates to be removed from the wastewater, enabling trivalent ferric ions with excellent flocculation function generated after oxidation of ferric acid radical ions to have flocculation with hydroxide precipitates with an adsorption effect, and finally, adding polyacrylamide (PAM) to coagulate and precipitate, thereby removing nickel ions from the electroplating wastewater. The method has the advantages that the condition that the nickel ions obtained after the complexed chemical nickel electroplating wastewater is treated reach the national standards can be effectively guaranteed, the treatment efficiency is high, and the requirements on emission are met.

The invention provides a method for electrically restoring soil and underground water, which is realized in a way that: soil or underground water which needs to be restored is used as the conducting medium, metallic iron is used as the anode, a ferric salt solution is used as the working solution, the anode iron is oxidized into ions after losing electrons, the ions enter the anode working solution and move towards the cathode into the soil or underground water as the current carrier with positive charges under the action of an electric field; and copper or copper-coated iron or iron is used as the cathode, a cupric salt or ferric salt solution is used as the working solution, cupric ions or trivalent ferric ions are reduced into elementary substance copper or bivalent ferric ions, meanwhile, small amounts of heavy metal cations transferring from the soil to the cathode working liquid are also reduced, and acid radicals of cupric salts or ferric salts move towards the anode under the action of the electric field and enter the soil and the underground water. The method can restore soil and underground water which are polluted by heavy metals, acids or alkalis, does not change the pH value of the soil and the underground water, does not produce hydrogen, oxygen or chlorine with hidden danger and has the advantages of high current efficiency, low price and easy obtainment of the anode material.

The invention relates to an oil displacement composition containing a polyether carboxylate surfactant and a preparation method thereof, and mainly solves the problems of high preparation cost and poor high temperature and high salt resistant performances of oil displacement compositions in the prior art. The oil displacement composition containing the polyether carboxylate surfactant comprises 1 part by mass of a surfactant; 0-50 parts by mass of a polymer and 0-50 parts by mass of an alkali; when the amount of the polymer and the amount of the alkali are not simultaneously 0, the surfactant is a mixture of the polyether carboxylate surfactant shown as the formula I, an alcohol and a salt in a molar ratio of 1: (1-10): (1-10), X is O, R1 is a C8-C30 aliphatic hydrocarbon group or a C4-C20 straight chain or branched chain saturated and unsaturated alkyl-substituted benzene or naphthalene ring; or R1X is a rosin acid radical. The oil displacement composition containing the polyether carboxylate surfactant well solves the problems of high preparation cost and poor high temperature and high salt resistant performances of the oil displacement compositions in the prior art. The oil displacement composition containing the polyether carboxylate surfactant can be used for improving oil recovery efficiency of high temperature and high salinity sandstone oil reservoirs and used in production. The berberine organic acid salt consists of an alkali base and a salt ligand, wherein the alkali base is a jamaicin alkali base; the salt ligand is an acid radical of organic acid; the mole ratio of the alkali base to the acid radical of organic acid is 1:1; and the berberine organic acid salt inclusion compound consists of an inclusion base material and the berberine organic acid salt. The method for preparing the berberine organic acid salt comprises the following steps of: neutralizing solution of jamaicin and solution of organic acid into salt; crystallizing the salt; and filtering, leaching and drying the crystallized salt so as to obtain the berberine organic acid salt. The method for preparing the berberine organic acid salt inclusion compound comprises the following steps of: dissolving the inclusion base material; adding the berberine organic acid salt into the dissolved inclusion base material for dissolving and inclusion; cooling and standing reaction liquid to separate coprecipitate out; leaching the coprecipitate with acetone; and drying a filter cake so as to obtain the berberine organic acid salt inclusion compound. The berberine organic acid salt and the berberine organic acid salt inclusion compound provided by the invention have the advantages of high bioactivity, small dosage and high dissolubility. The preparation methods have the advantages of simple process, high product purity, easy operation control, simple equipment and easy realization of industrialized production.

The method comprises the following steps: preparing the tourmaline honeycomb body, mounting the tourmaline honeycomb body at the certain position of dust-containing flue gas, tail gas and air or water vapor channel, contacting and rubbing water molecules and dust-containing gas in airflow and tourmalines in honeycomb holes, performing electric polarization to generate negative ions, attracting and combining with superfine particles with positive charges in the flue gas, tail gas and air through the negative ions so as to neutralize the positive electricity of the superfine particles, so as to enable the superfine particles to be not repelled with one another and aggregated and settled; and removing heavy metal ions and acid radical ions in the flue gas and air through the chemical degradation of formaldehyde, NOx, CO and unburned hydrocarbons through the negative ions and strong adsorption property of the tourmaline, so as to reduce or eliminate the air pollution, and purify air. The method is good in effect, can be continuously operated and has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy conservation, simplicity and economical efficiency, and the operation consumption and the cost are reduced by over 30 percent.
