The highly-antiwear additive is characterized by consisting of the following components in percentage by weight: 10 to 26 percent of nanometer metal powder, 1 to 3 percent of dispersing agent, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of detergent, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of pour point depressant, 0.5 to 2 percent of oxidation and corrosion inhibitor, 1 to 4 percent of viscosity index improver and the balance of base oil, wherein the nanometer metal powder comprises copper powder, magnesium powder and boron powder; the dispersing agent may be polyisobutene bissuccinimide; the detergent may be sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate or polyisobutene amine; the pour point depressant may be polymethacrylate; the oxidation and corrosion inhibitor may be a sulfurphosphorousbutyloctyl zinc salt; and the viscosity index improver may be an ethylene-propylene copolymer.
