Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic control system and method of sludge age in biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The automatic control system mainly comprises a field instrument, a data transmission unit, a data collecting and processing unit and a field actuating mechanism, wherein the field instrument comprises an influent flowmeter, an aeration tank sludge concentration meter, a refluence sludge concentration meter, a residual sludge flowmeter, a residual sludge concentration meter and an effluent nephelometer; the data transmission unit is a wireless AP (Access Point) module of a 485 interface; the data collecting and processing unit is an embedded processing system; and the actuating mechanism is a remote I / O (Input / Output) controlled actuator unit. The automatic sludge age control system adopts the main principle that related parameters in the detection system, such as aeration tank sludge concentration, residual sludge discharge flow, effluent suspended solid concentration, and the like are calculated through the control unit and compared with target sludge age; and the practical sludge age is adjusted to be in a set sludge age range through controlling the sludge discharge size of a sewage treatment system so as to simultaneously meet nitrification and phosphorus removal. The sludge age in the system can be controlled in the formula shown in the specification. The invention can fully and automatically control the sludge age, be simple, practical and worthy of wide popularization.
