The invention discloses an automatic continuous multi-stage
dilution device for a bacterial suspension and a real-time counting method, and relates to the technical field of microbiological inspection. The device comprises a
nephelometer, a vacuum degree sensor, a pipeline
cutting piece, an
air channel sealing piece and a liquid channel opening piece which are arranged in a
closed cavity, wherein a negative pressure pump is connected with the
closed cavity through an
air channel switch; an
air filter is connected with the
closed cavity through an air
inlet valve; a
microcontroller is electrically connected with electrical appliance parts to form an integrated mechanical and electronic device; a liquid inlet
pipe of a
dilution card is inserted into a bacterial liquid
pipe and is arranged in the closed cavity; the
nephelometer is used for measuring the initial concentration of the bacterial suspension; the negative pressure pump performs vacuumizing to form negative pressure in the closed cavity and the
dilution card, air is sucked, the bacterial suspension automatically enters a dilution
pipe and is gradually diluted, a correction curve is established for real-time counting, a result is displayed on a touch screen, and the whole working flow is controlled to operate in a fully-automatic manner through the
microcontroller. According to the device and the method, the bacterial suspension can be continuously and automatically diluted and counted in real time. The device and the method are intelligent, quick and convenient, and are applicable to microbiological inspection for food, drugs,
hygiene series and the like.
