Abstract

The modified chopped fiber of terylene provided by the invention is the modified chopped fiber of terylene which can be dyed through the cationic dye under normal pressure and temperature, wherein thesurface and interior of the cylindrical fiber both have irregular permanent porous structures; the pores are mutually communicated; the chopped fiber has a specific raw material composition and proportion; and the irregular permanent porous structures are formed by spinning under the condition of adding no pore-forming agent and have the permanent high-moisture-absorption quick-drying function byutilizing the core absorption effect of inside capillary tubes. The chopped fiber is shaped at 150-170 DEC, so the chopped fiber is fit for blending, white spinning and color spinning, and the defects of heat migration, color fastness, sublimation fastness, and the like, caused by high-temperature shaping in the process of normal terylene color spinning are avoided. The cationic dye under normal pressure and temperature is energy-saving and low-carbon.
