Embodiment 1

[0020] Domesticated wild kingfly

[0021] In order to avoid the possibility of wild species being infected by bacteria, the natural Chrysocephalus chinensis was sterilized by potassium permanganate, then isolated for 2 to 3 generations, and then cultivated and domesticated in a fly house close to nature. After four generations Afterwards, the kind of fly domestication is completed, and the kind of fly is obtained.

[0022] If the kind of fly is no longer domesticated in the coming year, it is necessary to preserve the kind of fly. The method to preserve the species is: at the end of autumn from September to October, put the fly pupae into a sealed container and place them in a refrigerator with a temperature of 5-10°C. At this temperature, the pupae will not die or hatch. When the temperature rises above 22°C, take it out and put it into the fly house to hatch.

Embodiment 2

[0032] The culture medium in the cultured larvae was replaced with 70% pig internal organs and 30% frogs, and other operating steps were as in Example 1, and the results of the inhibitory activity detection on tumor cells were as follows:

Abstract

The invention discloses a breeding method for antitumor chrysomyia megacephala larvae. The breeding method comprises the following steps of: disinfecting chrysomyia megacephala, acclimating for over two generations, and preparing seed chrysomyia megacephala; placing a culture medium in an incubator, fermenting for 3 to 5 hours, and putting the seed chrysomyia megacephala into the incubator for egg laying, wherein the concentration of ammonia in the incubator is controlled to be between 50 and 200 ppm, the temperature in the incubator is controlled to be between 26 and 35 DEG C after eggs are incubated, and the ammonia concentration is between 500 and 1,000 ppm; and continuously breeding for 24 to 120 hours. By the method, each protein expression is changed at the developmental stage of the larvae by controlling the concentration and the temperature of the ammonia in all the stage environments of larva breading, and proteins which are abnormally expressed have antitumor activity. The culture medium used in the method has simple components and is convenient to operation, large-scale breeding is easy to realize, and the breeding method has a better industrialization prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating fly larvae, in particular to a method for cultivating anti-tumor fly larvae. Background technique [0002] Chrysomyia megacephala (Chrysomyia megacephala), also known as the red-headed fly, is a kind of insect of Chrysomyia megacephala in the subphylum Arthropoda, subphylum Insecta, subclass Diptera. It has high food conversion rate, fast growth rate, high fecundity, long oviposition period, high protein content of its worm body, relatively simple feeding conditions and breeding equipment, and is conducive to large-scale production. [0003] Chrysocephala is a complete metamorphosis insect, and its life cycle includes four stages: egg→larva→pupa→adult fly. Chrysocephala eggs are light yellow, banana-shaped, about one millimeter long, and there are about 7,000 eggs per gram. The larva is conical, with a pointed front end and a blunt rear end. It has obvious segments and a body length of 13-16 mm. There...
