Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a red algae agar fiber. The method comprises the following steps of: cleaning fresh red algae, removing impurities and air-drying; crushing red algae and removing color; extracting agar polysaccharide with hot water, purifying and drying to obtain agar polysaccharide which is suitable for spinning; preparing an agar polysaccharide spinning solution with a certain concentration, performing wet spinning by using an ethanol aqueous solution or DMF (Dimethyl Formamide) aqueous water as a coagulating bath to obtain spinnable agar fiber; and washing, performing ethanol dehydration and air-drying to obtain a fiber material. The method has the advantage of fully utilizing living marine resources along with low-cost and readily available raw materials; and the obtained agar fiber is a pure natural alginate fiber, has high biocompatibility and biodegradability and can be used for clothing industry and pharmaceutical industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of natural fibers, in particular to a preparation method of gum-containing red algae agar fiber represented by asparagus. Background technique [0002] At present, human society is facing the double huge pressure of energy and environment, and the active development and utilization of natural products has become an important way to alleviate this pressure. The ocean has a vast area, accounting for about 70% of the earth's surface area, and contains rich biological resources, among which seaweed resources have huge biomass. Macroalgae in the ocean include brown, red, and green algae. Red algae are generally shade-loving algae, and the vertical distribution is mostly deep-sea. It is born near the low tide line or in the subtidal zone. It can grow at a depth of 30-100m below the low tide in clear water sea areas. Agar (agar), also known as agar, is a natural polysaccharide extracted from the cell wall of mar...
