During the fermentation process of the cultivation medium, the miscellaneous bacteria existing on the raw materials are indiscriminately used to ferment and degrade the raw materials. The metabolites produced by these miscellaneous bacteria during the fermentation process are mixed in the cultivation medium and finally transformed into edible fungi, which may affect food. Safety

[0028] The above strains are preserved in our laboratory and can be distributed to the public for verification experiments.
[0030] (b) Activation process of the parent species: inoculate the parent species of W-4 and W-10 strains stored in the refrigerator on the slant of Gaoshi No. 1 medium for activation for 48 hours. In...
Embodiment 2
[0045] Embodiment 2. cultivation substrate of the present invention is used for the cultivation experiment of flat mushroom 18.
[0047] Strains: Pleurotus ostreatus 18: preserved by Shandong Key Laboratory of Applied Fungi, Qingdao Agricultural University, and also preserved by this laboratory, which can be distributed to the public for verification experiments.
[0048] (a) Preparation of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation material: 40kg of fresh wheat straw, 30kg of corn stalk and 30kg of corn cob stalk were used in the cultivation material, exposed to the sun for 2-3 days, and crushed into bran. Add 10kg of fermented bran, 0.5kg of urea, 2kg of superphosphate, 2kg of gypsumpowder, and 1kg of slaked lime, among which urea, superphosphate, gypsumpowder, and slaked lime are respectively dissolved in water and sprinkled on the above-mentioned straw material, mixed well, and adjusted The pH value of the cultivation material is b...

Abstract
The invention relates to an oystermushroom culture medium as well as a fermentation inoculum and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of edible mushroom culture. The fermentation inoculum of the oystermushroom culture medium is obtained through the following steps of: preparing first-level strain liquids by respectively culturing Actinomycete strains W-4 and W-10 and bacterium strains N-14 in liquid culture mediums with same volumes under the conditions of respectively appropriate fermentation temperature for same time; mixing the first-level strain liquids into a mixed bacteria solution according to the volume ratio of 3:3:1; and carrying out second-level amplification culture at 30-35 DEG C for 60 hours. The invention also provides an oystermushroom culture medium prepared through the fermentation of the fermentation inoculum. The oyster mushroom culture medium has the biological conversion rate of 120-130 percent in oyster mushroom culture; and in addition, compared with a common culture medium, the yield of the oyster mushroom culture medium is increased by 20-30 percent.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to edible fungus cultivation techniques, in particular to a fermented bacteria agent for a flat mushroom cultivation substrate and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Pleurotus ostreatus belongs to the genusPleurotus of the family Basidiomycetes Agaricaceae Pleurotus in biological taxonomy, scientific name: [Pleurotus otreatus (Fr.) Kummer], Chinese product name: Pleurotus ostreatus, place name: Beifeng bacteria, oyster Bacteria etc. It is a widely cultivated edible fungus. Pleurotus ostreatus is rich in nutrients, and every 100 grams of dry product contains 20-23 grams of protein, and the amino acid composition is complete, the mineral content is very rich, and the nature and taste are sweet and warm. It has the effects of chasing wind and dispelling cold, relaxing muscles and activating collaterals. The proteoglycans in Pleurotus ostreatus have a strong inhibitory effect on cancer cells and can enhanc...
