A process for producing foot-and-mouth disease inactivated vaccines by culturing the BHK-21 cells through serum-free suspension culture and a step-by-step cell amplification method make the production period f the foot-and-mouth disease vaccines shortened and yield increased, and ensure stable quality and obvious benefit.
