Raw nitrile rubber after plastication is placed in an open mill; after roller banding, the stearic acid, the zinc oxide, the accelerator and the PCB are added (spraying fluorine-containing surfactant and conducting stirring to uniform); and finally the sulfur is added and the open mill thins and dredges for 6 times, therefore the gross nitrile rubber is obtained.
