The EGR gas mixer comprises a hollow shell, wherein the shell is provided with an air inlet, a waste gas inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the inner cavity of the shell; and the shell is also provided with a handedness vane which is connected with a power source and rotates under the driving of the power source. When the engine works, fresh air is sucked into the shell via the air inlet and rotates under the prerotation action force or the vane flow guidance to be changed into rotary airflow; and when the EGR waste gas is introduced in via the waste gas inlet, the EGR waste gas rotates under the action force of the rotary airflow so as to be evenly mixed with the fresh air. Because the gas compressor rotates to the same direction of turning of the air compressor vane during air inlet, airflow separation on the air compressor vane is weakened so as to improve the air compressor surge zone of a turbosupercharger, thereby lowering noise.
