Embodiment 1

[0013] The grape pomace is screened to remove impurities therein, and then dried, and the moisture content after drying is controlled at 5-10%. Get 20g dried grape pomace and place it in a round-bottomed flask, add 5% (based on the absolute dry weight of grape pomace raw material) mixed alkali extract, wherein 2.5% is sodium bisulfite (NaHSO 3 ) about 1g, 2.5% is sodium carbonate (Na 2 CO 3 ) about 1g, add distilled water, control the liquid-solid ratio of lye and grape pomace to be 8:1, and connect the condenser. Start timing when heated to 100°C, cook and reflux for 60 minutes, turn off the heating device, and cool to room temperature. Pour out the cooking liquid, add 3 times the amount of cooking liquid in cold water to dilute and wash, then filter to separate the cooking liquid. Use the BUCHI R II type rotary evaporator to carry out vacuum distillation on the separated cooking liquid, control the distillation temperature at 50-60°C, and freeze-dry the concentrated cooki...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting concentrated tannin from grape pomace, which comprises the following steps of: screening the grape pomace, removing impurities, and drying to control the water content to be 5-10 percent; adding the dried grape pomace into a round bottomed flask, adding mixed alkali of sodium hydrogensulfite and sodium carbonate which is 5 percent based on the absolute dry weight of the grape pomace material and serves as an extracting agent, adding distilled water, controlling a liquid-solid ratio to be 8:1, cooking and refluxing at 100DEG C for 60 to 180 minutes, and cooling to normal temperature; pouring out cooking liquid, adding distilled water for diluting and washing, and filtering; and distilling the separated cooking liquid under reduced pressure by using a rotary evaporator and freeze-drying the cooking liquid to obtain the concentrated tannin, wherein the tannin yield is 20 to 25 percent and the effective tannin content is 45 to 50 percent. The method has the advantages of rich raw material sources and simple process, waste in the food processing industry is efficiently recycled, and the production cost of a tannin adhesive is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting condensed tannin from grape pomace, using grape pomace as raw material and mixed alkali as extractant. The extracted tannin can be used in leather industry and tannin-based woodworking adhesive, and belongs to the technical field of polymer adhesive. Background technique [0002] Grapes and their processed products are products with large trade volume and trade value in the world. And in grape wine making and processing process, can produce a large amount of pomace residues unavoidably. At present, grape waste is mainly used for fertilizer, feed and garbage disposal, and the added value is very low. Studies have shown that grape residues are rich in condensed tannins, and direct landfilling and composting will cause certain potential pollution to the soil in a short period of time. Therefore, if grape pomace is used to extract condensed tannins. It not only solves the efficient recycling of waste in ...
