PC resin is dried in an air dry oven at a temperature of 120 DEG C for 2 to 4 hours; raw materials weighed according to the weight ratio are mixed in a low-speed mixer for 3 to 5 minutes; the mixed raw material is added to a hopper of a twin screw extruder, and is fused, extruded, and granulated.
