Embodiment 1

[0034] The batching of this embodiment is made up of perlite, Portland 425 cement, rapid hardening cement, polymer emulsion, ball forming agent and plasticizer.

[0035] 1. Each material is batched according to the following ratio (mass parts):

[0036] Perlite 425 cement Rapid hardening cement polymer emulsion Ball forming agent plasticizer water 10~15 60~70 3~5 1~1.5 1~1.5 1~1.5 25-35

[0037] 2. After the batching is completed, dissolve the ball forming agent, polymer emulsion and plasticizer in water to make a solution for later use.

[0038] 3. Pour the perlite into the blender.

[0039] 4. Pour the prepared solution into the blender, turn on the blender to stir, and set the speed of the blender to 60r / min.

[0040] 5. After stirring for 30s, add 425 cement and rapid hardening cement into the mixer, keep the speed at 60r / min, spray and add water at the same time, and stir for 90s to make the material form a raw slurry with a large nu...

Embodiment 2

[0044] The composition of the dry material in this example is basically the same as in Example 1. For the use environment with high requirements for sound absorption performance, the raw material composition is slightly adjusted, and the amount of perlite is increased to 15 parts to improve its surface porosity structure and increase Sound absorption efficiency.

[0045] Each material is batched (in parts by mass) in the following proportions:

[0046] Perlite 425 cement Rapid hardening cement polymer emulsion Ball forming agent plasticizer water 15~20 60~70 3~5 1~1.5 1~1.5 1~1.5 25-35

Embodiment 3

[0048] The composition of the dry material in this example is roughly the same as in Example 1. For the environment with high requirements on physical properties such as strength, the raw material components are slightly adjusted, and the cement component is increased to 75 parts to increase its strength and improve the physical properties of the material. .

[0049] The mass parts of each component of the dry material is

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of current sound absorption materials in aspects of sound absorption performance, mechanical properties, weatherability, practicality, cost and the like, the invention provides a perlite porous sound absorption material for rail traffic and a preparation process method thereof. The material comprises the following raw materials by weight 10-20 parts of perlite, 60-80 parts of portland cement, 3-5 parts of rapid-hardening cement, 1-4 parts of polymer emulsion, 1-1.5 parts of balling agents, 1-2.5 parts of plasticizers, and 25-35 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing materials; dissolving the balling agent, the polymer emulsion and the plasticizer in water to prepare a solution in reserve; adding the perlite and the solution into a stirrer for stirring; adding the portland cement and the rapid-hardening cement into the stirrer for stirring so as to allow the materials to become an original slurry material with a lot of particles; pouring the original slurry material into a mold, pressing by a pressing plate for molding; performing conserving after molding to obtain a finished product. The sound absorption material of the invention has both strength and sound absorption performance, and has multifrequency sound absorption capability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a formula and production technology of an expanded perlite sound-absorbing material used for high-speed railway station platforms, factory buildings, highway and railway partitions, and sound-absorbing walls. Background technique [0002] Sound-absorbing material is a material that has a strong ability to absorb sound energy and reduce noise. A material that absorbs incident sound energy by virtue of its own porosity, thin-film action, or resonance. The sound-absorbing material should match the acoustic characteristic impedance of the surrounding sound-transmitting medium, so that the sound energy enters the sound-absorbing material without reflection, and most of the incident sound energy is absorbed. [0003] Early sound-absorbing materials were mainly natural porous organic materials such as cotton, linen, and felt. Natural fiber materials have low cost, wide sound-absorbing frequency, and simple production, but their fire...
