The self-heated TCM emplastrum comprises a sealing bag, a plaster and a self-heated bag, wherein the plaster and the self-heated bag are wrapped in the sealing bag and are bonded together up and down; the self-heated bag comprises an air-permeable bag and chemical heating materials which are wrapped in the air-permeable bag and are used for iron oxidation-reduction reactions; and the plaster comprises a backing layer, a medicine storagelayer and an anti-adhesion layer. The emplastrum is characterized in that the medicine storage layer comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable matrix and active ingredients of raw medicines; the activeingredients account for 40% of the matrix by weight and comprise 1.5-3% of rose balm and aqueous extracts of the following raw medicines according to the weight percent of the raw medicines: 20-50% of silktree albizzia bark, 20-50% of tuber fleeceflower stem, 10-30% of cinnamon, 5-20% of Chinese magnoliavine fruit and 5-20% of rhizoma acori graminei.
