Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting polydatin from giant knotweed with an inorganic solvent, which relates to the field of preparation of Chinese medicines. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: smashing the giant knotweed into fine powder; leaching with an alkaline aqueous solution; performing acid precipitation and impurity removal on an extracting solution with hydrochloric acid to obtain a supernatant containing polydatin; and concentrating the supernatant, performing acid precipitation and impurity removal, concentrating, recovering ethanol, dissolving with water, directly loading onto a macroporous resin column, separating and purifying to obtain fine polydatin. In the method, alkaline water is used for extracting instead of an organic solvent, so that the production cost is greatly lowered, and the environmental pollution is lowered; and the acid-precipitated supernatant is collected during acid precipitation and impurity removal (polydatin keeps in a dissolved state while impurities such as organic acids, flavone and the like are precipitated), the polydatin is separated and extracted from the supernatant, the yield of the polydatin is over 4.0 percent on average, and the extraction yield is over 91.2 percent on average, so that subsequent purification operation is easy to perform, the yield and the purity of a final polydatin product are greatly increased, and the defects of incomplete precipitation of the polydatin in the conventional alkali extraction acid precipitation method, high impurity content of a collected substance and difficulty in purifying are overcome.
