Abstract

An antiseepage leak-stopping organic grouting material used for landfill and an application method thereof. According to the gross weight of the slurry, the antiseepage leak-stopping organic grouting material contains 60-80 wt% of polyurethane and 20-40 wt% of a dichloromethane diluent. The application method comprises the following steps of: 1) mixing 60-80 wt% of polyurethane and 20-40 wt% of the dichloromethane diluent with stirring, and filling the mixture into a specified position; and 2) maintaining, preventing water and preventing impurity pollution. According to the invention, the problem of single performance of common organic grouting materials is overcome. The antiseepage leak-stopping organic grouting material provided by the invention has good groutability, binding property and flexibility, has good adaptability, and can be used to rapidly and effectively repair leaks of an HDPE film used in an impervious layer of a refuse landfill. The repaired material has high corrosion resistance and low permeability and the permeability coefficient meets the national standards.
