Problems solved by technology

The main implementation method is to uniformly disperse the antibacterial agent in the adhesive or coating by using an auxiliary agent, then combine it with the shoe material by padding, spraying, etc., and then dry and set it, so as to endow the shoe material with antibacterial properties. Finished leather or finished shoe treatment can make leather shoes have a certain antibacterial and self-cleaning ability, but its antibacterial and durable performance is poor

Embodiment 1

[0024] Proportioned by weight, the leather antibacterial treatment agent consists of the following components:

[0025] Polyvinylpyrrolidone 20 parts

[0026] Silver loaded activated carbon 3 parts

[0027] Four needle-shaped zinc oxide whiskers 3 parts

[0028] Nano titanium dioxide 3 parts

[0029] Sodium carbonate 50 parts

[0030] Mix the components in the above formula evenly to obtain the leather antibacterial treatment agent.

[0031] Adopt the said leather antibacterial treatment agent to carry out leather antibacterial treatment, its treatment process is specifically:

[0032] (1) Preparation of semi-finished raw hide.

[0033] (2) Compound biological enzyme hydrolysis process: Add compound biological enzyme water agent to the semi-finished raw hide for soaking. The soaking temperature depends on the type of raw hide, generally 15-18°C is suitable. If the temperature is lower than 15°C, then The softening of the skin is slow, and the bacteria are easy to multipl...

Embodiment 2

[0040] Proportioned by weight, the leather antibacterial treatment agent consists of the following components:

[0041] 35 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone

[0042] Silver loaded activated carbon 4 parts

[0043] Tetraacicular zinc oxide whiskers 4 parts

[0044] Nano titanium dioxide 4 parts

[0045] Sodium carbonate 60 parts

[0046] Mix the components in the above formula evenly to obtain the leather antibacterial treatment agent.

[0047] The treatment process of using the leather antibacterial treatment agent to carry out the antibacterial treatment of leather is as in Example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0049] Proportioned by weight, the leather antibacterial treatment agent consists of the following components:

[0050] Polyvinylpyrrolidone 50 parts

[0051] Silver loaded activated carbon 5 parts

[0052] Tetraacicular zinc oxide whiskers 5 parts

[0053] Nano titanium dioxide 5 parts

[0054] Sodium carbonate 80 parts

[0055] Mix the components in the above formula evenly to obtain the leather antibacterial treatment agent.

[0056] The treatment process of using the leather antibacterial treatment agent to carry out the antibacterial treatment of leather is as in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses leather antibacterial treatment agent, which comprises, by weight, 20-50 parts of nano material dispersant, 3-5 parts of silver-contained object, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide whiskers, 3-5 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 50-80 parts of inorganic powder filler. The invention further discloses an antibacterial treatment process for leather, which includes an antibacterial treatment procedure added to the conventional tanning process. The leather antibacterial treatment agent is added to immerse fur, so that mould resistance of finished leather is improved. Shrink temperature of leather in industrial production can reach above 90 DEG C by the aid of the leather antibacterial treatment agent and by the antibacterial treatment process, and shoemaking requirements can be met. Detection requirements of environmental symbol products on hexavalent chromium and total chromium are met. No phosphorous pollution occurs, and no formaldehyde emits. Requirements of leather of high-grade environment-friendly uppers and shoe linings on mould resistance are met. The conventional tanning process needs no special adjustment, and the antibacterial treatment process can be well used with the existing tanning process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of leather antibacterial treatment, in particular to a leather antibacterial treatment agent and an antibacterial treatment process thereof. Background technique [0002] Consumers seldom carry out special cleaning during the wearing and use of leather products, especially footwear products, which makes the accumulation of dirt on the surface of the products and the reproduction of bacteria a serious problem. Therefore, as people pursue a safe, clean and high-quality life today, antibacterial leather has also become the object of people's attention. Common tanning processes include preparatory processes (including soaking, trimming, degreasing, and washing), tanning processes, and finishing processes (including fatliquoring, dampening, scraping, shaping, and grooming). Because leather is easily attacked by bacteria, especially the leather used to make leather shoes, it is required that the finished leather has strong...
