The oil-tea camellia container grow seedling substrate is composed of yellow subsoil, pinery surface soil, edible fungi remained materials, peat and dung soil 5 to a scale. The preparing method includes steps of: A respectively weighing components of yellow subsoil, pinery surface soil, edible fungi remained materials, peat and dung soil in proportion; B mashing the raw materials, using a sieve with pore diameter as 5-8 mm for sieving, and drying the raw materials; and C respectively sieving the raw materials and disinfecting dung soil with phoxim soil [0.5g*(100g)-1]. A seedling substrate can be obtained by mixing and evenly stirring substrates of yellow subsoil, pinery surface soil, edible fungi remained materials, peat and dung soil in proportion.
