The single-component ketone-oxime-removing type silicon rubber sealant comprises the following components in part by weight: (A) 100 parts of alpha, omega-dihydroxyl polydimethylsiloxane, (B) 10 to 30 parts of dimethyl silicon oil, (C) 7 to 12 parts of ketone-oxime-removing type crosslinking agent, (D) 1 to 5 parts of silane coupling agent with a special structure, (E) 50 to 150 parts of reinforcing filler and (F) 0.1 to 1 part of catalyst. The sealant comprises the silane coupling agent with the special structure. Due to introduction of the coupling agent, the sealant has excellent bonding durability, and particularly high bonding strength retention ratio under high-temperature high-humidity conditions and a water boiling environment. In addition, due to introduction of the coupling agent, the curing speed of the silicon rubber sealant is increased, and the coupling agent can be widely applied to bonding and sealing of industries such as electrons, automobiles, home appliances and the like.
