specific Embodiment approach 1

[0015] Specific implementation mode 1: The method for biologically enhanced pretreatment of excess sludge in this implementation mode is realized according to the following steps:

[0016] 1. Inoculate a ring of frozen-preserved Bacillus subtilis in beef extract-peptone liquid medium, culture on a rotary shaker at 30-40°C and 150r / min for 28-35 hours with ventilation, and obtain activated Bacillus subtilis;

[0017] 2. Take one ring of activated Bacillus subtilis and inoculate it in beef extract peptone solid medium containing starch, and cultivate it at 30-40°C for 30 hours to obtain Bacillus subtilis A;

[0018] 3. Add 0.2 parts of Bacillus subtilis A to 1 part of the residual sludge produced by the secondary biological treatment of sewage according to the ratio of parts by mass, and react at 30-45°C and a stirring rate of 100-150r / min for 30~ 40h, the biointensive pretreatment of excess sludge is completed;

[0019] The Bacillus subtilis in step 1 is Bacillus subtilis 1.14...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0024] Embodiment 2: This embodiment is different from Embodiment 1 in that in Step 1, the activated Bacillus subtilis is obtained by culturing on a rotary shaker at 35° C. and 150 r / min for 30 h with aeration. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0025] Embodiment 3: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 or Embodiment 2 in that in step 2, culture at 35° C. for 30 h to obtain Bacillus subtilis A. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1 or Embodiment 2.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for pretreating excess sludge by adopting a bio-augmentation technology, relates to a method for pretreating the excess sludge, and solves the problem of low hydrolysis speed during anaerobic digestion of the sludge. The method comprises the steps as follows: I, activated bacillus subtilis is taken; II, the activated bacillus subtilis is inoculated into a starch-containing beef extract peptone solid culture medium to be cultured, and then bacillus subtilis A is obtained; and III, the bacillus subtilis A is added into the excess sludge produced during secondary biological treatment of wastewater to react with the excess sludge, and then the method is completed. The method for pretreating the excess sludge by adopting the bio-augmentation technology has the characteristics of harmlessness and low energy consumption, is simple to operate and achieves a good municipal sludge pretreatment effect, wherein, the volatile suspended solid (VSS) removal rate is increased by 15.1 percent, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) in a supernatant of the treated sludge is increased by 2734mg / l and the volatile fatty acid (VFA) content is increased by 1080mg / l. The sludge treated by adopting the method has the advantage that further anaerobic digestion treatment to the sludge is facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for pretreating excess sludge. Background technique [0002] "China's Sludge Treatment and Disposal Market Analysis Report 2011 Edition" believes that by the end of 2010, my country's urban sewage treatment volume reached 34.3 billion cubic meters, and the dewatered sludge production was close to 22 million tons, of which 80% had not been properly treated, and It is also growing at a rate of about 10% per year. Sludge contains a large amount of harmful substances such as heavy metals, viruses, and parasite eggs. If harmless and stabilized treatment is not carried out, serious secondary pollution will be caused. [0003] Anaerobic digestion of sludge can reduce the amount of excess sludge and make it harmless, and at the same time, the biogas generated can be used as fuel to solve the increasingly severe energy shortage problem, so it has been widely used. The anaerobic digestion process consists of three stages, name...
