Abstract

The method includes the steps: uniformly mixing dry materials of coke powder, asphalt, silicon carbide, corundum, ferrosilicon nitride, sericite, ball clay, disthene, metal silicon, metal aluminum and activated alpha-Al2O3 micro-powder; adding coal tar and coal tar modified phenolic resin to serve as bonding agents; and adding and rolling coal tar modified phenolic resin after rolling the dry materials and the bonding agents to obtain the stemming.
