Traditional Chinese medicine ointment for curing condyloma acuminatum is prepared by the steps: (1) soaking curcuma zedoary and horsetail with water for 2 hours and using a volatile oil extractor to extract volatile oil for standby; (2) adding curcuma zedoary and horsetail dregs into codonopsis pilosula, bighead atractylodes rhizome, semen coicis, herbal portulacae, gallnuts, granatum, isatis roots, rhizoma smilacis glabrae, polygonum cuspidatum, lithospermum, fructus forsythiae, dandelion and plantain herb which are soaked for 1 hour, using a multifunctional extractor to perform extraction for two times and concentrating an extractive to be thick for standby, wherein 1 hour is required for each extraction; (3) using stearic acid 16g, white vaseline 20g, glycerol monostearate 30g, glycerol 60g, triethanolamine 5mL, lauryl sodium sulfate 3.3g, laurocapram 10g, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate 1g and an appropriate amount of distilled water to prepare emulsified matrix 1000g; and (4) according to the proportion 1:4 of medicine thick ointment to the emulsified matrix, heating and dissolving the emulsified matrix, adding the medicine thick ointment prepared in the step (2) and the volatile oil prepared in the step (1) into the emulsified matrix under the condition of continuous stirring, and performing the stirring till a mixture is condensates.
