Embodiment 1

[0032] see Figure 1~3 Shown, a kind of preparation method of luminol-aniline copolymerization modified electrode comprises the steps:

[0033] (1) ITO glass plate is used as the basic electrode. The ITO glass plate is a strip of 1cm×5cm. The insulating material is laid on its conductive surface, and an electrode area is set at one end of the ITO glass plate. A typical round hole with a diameter of 0.5cm , the other end is provided with a connection area, and the electrode area is located inside the insulating material, see figure 1 Shown; wash with ultrapure water, acetone, absolute ethanol and 1:1 (volume ratio) mixed solution of 1mol / L NaOH, ultrapure water for 15min each, and clean under N at room temperature 2 Blow dry; get ITO electrode;

[0034] (2) Dissolve luminol-containing NaOH (pH 12.0) solution and aniline in 0.5mol / L H 2 SO 4 In the solution, it is configured as a mixed solution containing luminol concentration of 1mmol / L and aniline concentration of 10mmol / L...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a luminol-aniline copolymerization modified electrode, which comprises the following steps as follows: (a) based on ITO (indium tin oxide) glass plate as a base electrode, paving an insulating material on the conducting surface of the base electrode, forming an electrode zone at one end of the ITO glass plate, forming a connection zone at the other end of the ITO glass plate, cleaning, and drying to obtain an ITO electrode; (b) dissolving NaOH solution containing luminol and aniline in H2SO4 under stirring condition to obtain a mixed solution; and (c) carrying out electrochemical copolymerization reaction by adopting cyclic voltammetry, and taking a saturated calomel electrode as a reference electrode, a platinum wire electrode as an auxiliary electrode and the ITO electrode as a working electrode under the stirring condition in the mixed solution obtained in the step (b), cleaning and airing to obtain the luminol-aniline copolymerization modified electrode. According to the invention, the immobilization of luminescent substances is realized; and experiments prove that compared with the traditional poly luminol modified electrode, the modified electrode has the advantages that the luminous intensity is improved by about 10 times, the detection limit on procyanidin is reduced by around 4 times, and unexpected technical effects are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a luminol-aniline copolymerized modified electrode and a preparation method thereof. The electrode can be used as a working electrode in an electrochemiluminescence analysis device. Background technique [0002] Electrochemiluminescence, or Electrochemiluminescence (ECL for short), refers to the phenomenon that the excited state of the substance generated by the electron transfer reaction on the electrode surface transitions back to the ground state to release energy in the form of light. The electrochemiluminescence analysis method is to directly use the electrochemical reaction to form an excited state luminescent body to emit light, or to generate light radiation through a chemical reaction between the electrolysis product or between the electrolysis product and a certain component in the system to realize the luminescence analysis of the determination of the analyte. Technology is the product of the combination of electroch...
