The constant current source has the advantages that even if the current of a load is rated current, voltage difference (Vds) between a source and a gate of a power metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) in the linear power module can be small to the greatest extent, so low heat productivity can be obtained, the size of a radiator and the size of the whole equipment are reduced, and an integrated modularized medium-high-power fast self-adaptive constant current source is realized.
