The preparation method of the artificial pearl nucleus material comprises the following steps of: adding the polyvinyl alcohol into the chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution, stirring, soaking, swelling for 20 to 30 hours, and then heating the mixture; stirring the mixture when the mixture is hot to ensure that the polyvinyl alcohol is fully dissolved in the chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution, and then stopping heating; sequentially adding the 800-mesh pinctada martensii shell powder, the 40-mesh pinctada martensii shell crushed aggregates and the sodium tripolyphosphate aqueous solution while stirring; continuously stirring, and then pouring the mixture into a mould; and oscillating the mould by using an oscillator, then performing vacuum degassing, curing at the normal temperature, performing vacuum drying, and demoulding to obtain a finished product of the artificial pearl nucleus material.
