Abstract

The adhesive comprises, by weight, 1-3% of epoxy resin E44, 8-12% of acrylic resin, 30-44% of mixed solvents, 0.5-2% of silane coupling agent KH560, 0.2-1% of benzotriazole (BTA), 3-5% of isooctanol, 1-5% of oleic acid, 40-55.8% of silver powder and 0.5-1% of electricity conduction auxiliaries. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the electrically conductive silver adhesive. The electrically conductive silver adhesive has the advantages of being resistant in ageing, high in adhesion and electric conductivity, low in cost and the like.
