Embodiment 1

[0033] A. The kitchen waste used in the experiment was taken from the canteen of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. After manual sorting, the kitchen waste was crushed with a pulverizer and stored in a refrigerator at 4°C for later use.

[0034] The basic properties of the raw materials were determined, and the specific results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0041] Steps A and B are the same as in Example 1.

[0042] C. From the 6th day onwards, feed and discharge once a day, according to the organic load of 4gVS / L d, 6gVS / L d, 8gVS / L d, 10gVS / L d, run twice under each load condition hydraulic retention time. Finally, the long-term operation is maintained at 10gVS / L·d. At this time, the daily food waste feeding amount of the acidification reactor is 200-250g.

[0043] D. The methane item reactor is a 10L CSTR reactor. The above-mentioned output is added to the reactor, the initial feed load is 2.0gVS / L·d, and the water retention time is 20 days, and then the load is respectively raised to 3.0gVS / L. L d, 4.0gVS / L d, 5.0gVS / L d, run 20 hydraulic retention times under each load condition to keep it consistent with the operating load of the acidification phase reactor, and run at 5.0gVS / L d Long-term operation under high load.

[0044] During the whole process, the volumetric gas production of the methane phase increased from 1.0L / ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method which is characterized by removing grease in kitchen waste by using calcium stearate generated through phase-split anaerase hydrolysis. The traditional single-phase anaerobic digestion process is divided into multiple phases; the acidification process and the methanation process are performed in multiple steps; and meanwhile, the concentrations of long-chain fatty acid and Ca<2+> in an acidified phase are monitored by use of an on-line monitoring system, and an enzyme preparation and calcareous materials can be automatically thrown for regulation as required, thereby supplementing Ca<2+>, improving the anaerobic digestion efficiency and facilitating the content regulation on materials in the acidified phase, such as Ca<2+>, grease, lipase and the like. Since the kitchen waste contains a large amount of grease and Ca<2+>, the grease hydrolysis product long-chain fatty acid can be accumulated in the long-term anaerobic digestion process, thereby influencing anaerobic digestion. According to the treatment mode provided by the invention, Ca<2+> in the kitchen waste can be recovered, the inhibiting effect of stearic acid can be reduced, the industrial main assistant calcium stearate can be synthesized, and the cyclic utilization of resources can be realized. Thus, the invention provides a novel method for grease removal in anaerobic digestion and calcium stearate production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of anaerobic fermentation, and in particular relates to the anaerobic fermentation technology of kitchen waste. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, the annual output of food waste is also increasing. The daily output of food waste in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities exceeds 1000t / d, and the annual output of food waste in the country is not less than 60 million tons. These food wastes are perishable and degenerate, breed germs, breed mosquitoes and flies, and emit unpleasant smells after long-term storage, causing serious environmental pollution. At the same time, due to the lack of a sound management system, illegal workshops use food waste to extract waste oil, add it to cooking oil and sell it, and return it to residents’ tables. Farms feed untreated food waste directly to animals, which has a huge potential. Potential safety hazards, these all dir...
