Problems solved by technology

At present, the hydrolysis method of tungsten alkoxide is the most researched. In the preparation process, nitrogen gas is required as a protective gas. The preparation process is relatively complicated, the conditions are high, and the cost of tungsten alkoxide is high; the sol prepared by ion exchange method is unstable. , forming a gel quickly, it is difficult to control the coating time, resulting in low adhesion of the obtained film, opaque or easy to crack

Embodiment 1

[0025] A kind of WO 3 Film formulation and preparation of WO according to the formulation 3 A thin film method comprising the steps of:

[0026] (1) Weigh 18.85g of tungsten powder, take a small amount of tungsten powder and slowly add it to 100ml of hydrogen peroxide, the violent reaction will generate air bubbles, keep stirring with a glass rod to dissipate heat; when the reaction in the solution gradually weakens, continue to add a small amount of tungsten powder into the hydrogen peroxide. Repeat the above operations until the solution no longer produces violent reactions and there are fewer bubbles in the solution. (2) The solution obtained in step (1) was stirred and reacted at 51° C. for 26 minutes in order to completely react the hydrogen peroxide, and then the solution was filtered. (3) Add 50ml of absolute ethanol to the filtrate of step (2), then stir and heat at 80°C for 28min. The orange clear sol was left to stand for 4 hours. (4) The ITO glass substrate was ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a WO3 film, comprising the following concrete steps of: (1) dissolving a tungsten powder in hydrogen peroxide in water bath to prepare a solution X, and reacting in water bath at room temperature for 3-4 h, wherein the ratio of the tungsten powder to hydrogen peroxide is (10-25 g) to (100 ml); (2) stirring the solution X to react at the temperature of 51-55 DEG C for 25-30 min, and filtering; (3) adding anhydrous ethanol into the solution X with the ratio of hydrogen peroxide to anhydrous ethanol being 2: 0.9-1.1, stirring for reaction at the temperature of 75-85 DEG C for 28-30 min, and allowing an orange transparent sol to stand for 4-5 hours; (4) dipping a cleaned ITO or FTO glass substrate in the sol for 100-140s, and pulling for film forming at the speed of 4.5-5 cm / min; and (5) drying the obtained substrate at the temperature of 75-85 DEG C for 20-30 min, and annealing at the temperature of 180-220 DEG C for 50-70 min so as to obtain the WO3 film. The WO3 film prepared by the method has advantages of good electrochromic property, good cycle stability and smooth and compact surface.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electrochromic thin films, and relates to a method for preparing WO 3 thin film method. Background technique [0002] As an important part of electrochromic materials, electrochromic thin films have good physical and chemical properties, wide-range continuously adjustable optical properties, low operating voltage, low energy consumption, easy matching with integrated circuits, memory function, and open circuit. It can maintain a colored state, has no visual restrictions, has a wide working range, and is easy to manufacture in large areas. It has broad application prospects in the fields of display devices, dimming glass, and information storage. [0003] Among many thin film materials, WO 3 The thin film has various properties such as electrochromic, gasochromic, photochromic, thermochromic, etc., and also has good electrochemical properties, so tungsten trioxide thin film has been widely used, such as ...
