Problems solved by technology

However, there are no reports on the application of serum / plasma microRNA in auxiliary judgment and risk assessment of ovarian diseases. If specific or abnormally expressed serum / plasma microRNA related to Markers, and the development of corresponding detection kits, will greatly improve the detection level of ovarian tumor diseases

example 1

[0168] Example 1. Select 100 patients who have been diagnosed with malignant ovarian tumors (including 41 serous adenocarcinomas, 32 mucinous adenocarcinomas, 15 endometrioid adenocarcinomas, and 12 clear cell carcinomas), breast cancer patients and lung cancer patients , 30 cases of gastric cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer, 30 cases of normal people, peripheral blood was taken on an empty stomach in the early morning. The whole detection method is the same as above. The results are as follows in Table 8:

[0169] Table 8 Ratio of RQ>2.12 / ≤2.12 in different cancer cases

[0170]

[0171]

[0172] From the data in the above table, it can be seen that the proportion of RQ>2.12 in ovarian cancer is significantly higher than that of other cancers, that is, miR-93 is not expressed in ovarian cancer, and can be used as an aid in individual ovarian tumor screening. Early detection of the occurrence of ovarian tumors and the basis for auxiliary diagnosis.

Abstract

The invention discloses a serological biomarker miR-93 for detecting ovarian tumor, of which the miRNA (microribonucleic acid) sequence is caaagugcuguucgugcagguag. The invention also discloses application of the marker miR-93, and preparation of a kit for screening ovarian tumor or assisting ovarian tumor pathological identification and clinical diagnosis. The kit comprises a reverse transcription system and a primer system / primer probe system, wherein the reverse transcription system comprises a reverse transcriptase, a reverse transcription system buffer and an RNA (ribonucleic acid) enzyme inhibitor; the primer system is composed of miR-93 stem ring structure reverse transcription primers, cDNA (complementary deoxyribonucleic acid) amplification primers, and miR-16 stem ring structure reverse transcription primers and amplification primers; and the primer probe system is composed of miR-93 stem ring structure reverse transcription primers, cDNA amplification primers and probes, and miR-16 stem ring structure reverse transcription primers, amplification primers and probes.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention belongs to the field of biotechnology and medicine, and specifically relates to a biomarker for ovarian cancer tumors—serum microRNA-93 (miR-93), and its screening method and its application in assisting individual ovarian tumor screening and clinical diagnosis and Application in disease development. Background technique [0002] Ovarian carcinoma is one of the common tumors in female reproductive organs, most of which are caused by gene mutations in ovarian epithelial cells and epithelial cells of cyst tissues under the action of a variety of carcinogens, resulting in uncontrolled cell proliferation. Ovarian cancer is a gynecological malignant tumor with extremely high mortality. Its histology is diverse and it is a highly heterogeneous tumor. It has a high incidence, but the disease progresses slowly, and early symptoms are difficult to detect; and its invasion and metastasis ability is relatively high. Strong, natural longevity and...
