Problems solved by technology

The traditional and common microbial oil recovery method is to inject the activator into the oil reservoir according to the amount designed for the process. The problem is that the activated microorganisms have a certain blindness, and both oil recovery functional microorganisms and non-oil recovery functional microorganisms can reproduce in large numbers, resulting in A large amount of chemicals are wasted, and the oil displacement effect is not obvious, etc.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for directionally regulating and controlling indigenous microbial flooding of an oil reservoir and belongs to the technical field of improvement on crude oil recovery rate. The method for directionally regulating and controlling the indigenous microbial flooding of the oil reservoir is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly, activating hydrocarbon oxidizing bacteria of a near wellbore zone; injecting an aerobic system activation agent into the near wellbore zone; directionally activating the hydrocarbon oxidizing bacteria of the near wellbore zone; and secondly, activating anaerobic fermentation bacteria at the deep part of the oil reservoir, injecting an anaerobic system activation agent into the deep part of the oil reservoir, directionally activating the anaerobic fermentation bacteria, activating methanogen to generate gas by using metabolite of the anaerobic fermentation bacteria and improving the crude oil recovery rate through beneficial metabolic products of microorganism. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple process, directional activation, convenience in operation, low cost, economy, practicability, no toxicity, no harm, no nutrient waste, wide application range, facilitation for large-scale application of a mine filed and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of enhanced crude oil recovery, and in particular relates to a method for directional regulation and control of oil reservoir endogenous microorganism flooding. Background technique [0002] Microbial flooding technology belongs to the tertiary oil recovery technology, which refers to a method to activate the endogenous microorganisms in the oil reservoir, and improve the fluidity of crude oil and the purpose of enhancing the oil recovery by increasing the number of oil recovery functional microorganisms and the concentration of their metabolites. [0003] The microorganisms in the oil reservoir are a huge system and a relatively stable microbial community. Some of them enter the oil layer with the injected water during the development of the oil field, and some already exist during the formation of the reservoir. Some microorganisms are active, while others are dormant. Among them, microorganisms with oil...
