Abstract

The invention discloses a culture medium for culturing blackfungus with tussah branches and a culture method. The culture medium comprises the following dry components in percentage by weight: 60-90% of tussah branch wood dust, 0-30% of cottonseed hull or miscellaneous tree chip, 5-20% of bran, 0.5-5% of gypsum powder and 0.5-5% of bean flour. The culture medium is used for preparing bacterium rod or bacterium bag cultured blackfungus, and can well control the disease and pest of foreign bacteria. The blackfungus cultured by the culture medium has the advantages of higher yield, thick texture, good mouthfeel and obviously increased nutrient content. By fully utilizing the massive alternately-cut branches from the tussah silkworm nursery in China as the main resource, the invention ensures the sources, and can lower the production cost. The culture method disclosed by the invention is simple and easy to implement, has low requirement for culture space, and is beneficial to industrial large-scale production.
