The invention discloses a preparation method of granularity-controllable CaCO3, comprising the following steps of: firstly, respectively preparing a CaCl2 aqueous solution and a soluble carbonate aqueous solution; then, pouring and mixing the CaCl2 aqueous solution and the soluble carbonate aqueous solution to react for producing CaCO3; and finally, filtering a reaction liquid, drying and grinding a filter cake to obtain the granularity-controllable CaCO3, wherein a chloride mother liquid is recycled, and a metal ion or acid radical ion is used as a crystal control-additive to be added into a corresponding raw material aqueous solution to control the shape of a grain of the CaCO3 in the preparation process. By using the preparation method of the granularity-controllable CaCO3, provided by the invention, the obtained chloride mother liquid can be recycled for dissolving the raw materials CaCl2 and soluble carbonate, and therefore, the preparation method is a clean production process with the advantages of zero emission and no environment pollution.
