Abstract

The invention discloses a stainless steel protective film substrate material layer and a stainless steel protective film obtained from the stainless steel protective film substrate material layer. The substrate material layer comprises surface layer materials and bottom layer materials, wherein the surface layer materials are obtained after polyethylene and ultraviolet light screening agent are mixed, melted and then squeezed out, the polyethylene is 90-95% of surface layer materials in weight, the bottom layer materials are obtained after the polyethylene and macromolecule surface modifying agent are mixed, melted, and squeezed out, and dosage of the macromolecule surface modifying agent is 1-15% of the polyethylene in weight. The stainless steel protective film can bond with natural rubber pressure sensitive adhesive well and the protective film containing the substrate material layer is free of shelling, residual rubber, and breakage in a stainless steel manufacturing process. The method for preparing the stainless steel protective film process is easy, low in cost, strong in practicalbility, easy to manufacture in industry, and by the utilization of high mobility speed of the macromolecule surface modifying agent in polyethylene substrate, capable of exerting good compatibility of the stainless steel protective film and the natural rubber pressure sensitive adhesive, and therefore bond performance of a polyethylene film surface is improved.
