[0018] Male SD rats were then divided into control group (sham operation group), model group, Clik148 high, medium and low dose groups (12.5, 25 and 50 nmol), 10 in each group. The rat model of permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was established by suture method. Clik148 was injected into the cerebral ventricle before ischemia, with different concentrations and equal volumes.
