Embodiment 1

[0032] A method for treating fish farming sewage by microbial flocculation, comprising the steps of:

[0033] 1) Bacteria collection and selection: Bacillus subtilis subsp.subtilis (C GM C C 1.108) was selected as the flocculation production bacteria. The bacteria can be purchased from the China Microbial Strain Resource Bank.

[0034] 2) Activation and propagation of bacterial strains: medium formula, containing the following components by weight in 1000 parts by weight of distilled water: peptone 10.0, beef extract powder 3.0, NaCl 5.0, agar powder 14.0; the pH value of the medium is 7.5; at 121°C Sterilize for 15 minutes. Take 0.3 ml of liquid culture medium and drop it into the ampoule tube of the preserved freeze-dried bacteria (Bacillus subtilis), so that the frozen bacteria are dissolved and suspended; Cultivate at high temperature for 48 hours; use sterilized plate culture medium and the same culture conditions to complete the multiplication of the strain; convention...

Embodiment 2

[0039] A method for treating fish farming sewage by microbial flocculation, comprising the steps of:

[0040] 1) Bacteria collection and selection: Bacillus subtilis subsp.subtilis (C GM C C 1.108) was selected as the flocculation production bacteria. The bacteria can be purchased from the China Microbial Strain Resource Bank.

[0041] 2) Activation and propagation of bacterial strains: medium formula, containing the following components by weight in 1000 parts by weight of distilled water: peptone 10.0, beef extract powder 3.0, NaCl 5.0, agar powder 14.0; the pH value of the medium is 7.5; at 121°C Sterilize for 15 minutes. Take 0.5 ml of liquid culture medium and drop it into the ampoule tube of the preserved freeze-dried bacteria (Bacillus subtilis), so that the frozen bacteria are dissolved and suspended; Incubate at temperature for 48 hours. The sterilized plate culture medium and the same culture conditions are used to complete the multiplication of the strain; the mu...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for treatment of fish culture sewage by microbial flocculation. The method comprises the steps of: 1) strain selection: selecting Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis as a flocculate producing strain; 2) strain activation and propagation: sucking 0.3-0.5ml of a sterilized liquid medium, dropping it into an ampoule tube where frozen dry Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis is preserved so as to make the frozen strain dissolved into a suspension state; transferring a strain suspension liquid to a sterilized panel medium, conducting culturing at 30-32DEG C for 36-48h; employing a sterilized panel medium to complete strain propagation under the same culture conditions; and preparing the propagated strain into a bacterial suspension liquid by a conventional method; 3) optimization of flocculation strain culture conditions: inoculating the bacterial suspension liquid into a sterilized fish culture sewage medium according to a volume ratio, and carrying out fermentation culture on a shaking table at a constant temperature of 30DEG C and at a speed of 160rpm / min, thus obtaining a fermentation culture solution; and 4) acquiring of purified fish culture sewage: carrying out centrifugal fermentation on the culture solution to obtain a supernatant, i.e. the purified solution. The method provided in the invention adopts a microbial flocculation technique to treat fish culture sewage, integrates a plurality of effects, simplifies the water treatment process, and reduces the treatment cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and in particular relates to a method for treating fish farming sewage by adopting a microbial flocculation method. Background technique [0002] Fish farming sewage contains about 20-35% of the feeding amount, 10-40% of metabolites and residual bait. The traditional fish farming sewage purification technology removes a large amount of nitrogen and phosphorus substances in this eutrophic water body as pollutants, so that the treatment cost remains high. Contents of the invention [0003] The invention aims to break through the technical bottleneck and provide a simple and high-efficiency method for treating fish farming sewage by adopting a microbial flocculation method. While fish farming sewage is used as a flocculation culture medium, organic matter can be degraded. Comprehensive utilization of sewage resources to treat waste with waste. [0004] The technical scheme of the prese...
