Abstract

The invention discloses a regeneration method of cyclic wash oil of a crude benzene absorption unit, which comprises steps as follows: cyclic wash oil rich oil of a crude benzene absorption unit is separated into crude benzene and cyclic wash oil lean oil by a benzene removal tower; by using the cyclic wash oil lean oil to be regenerated as a hydrogenation raw material, a polymerization inhibitor is added, and the hydrogenation raw material and the polymerization inhibitor are mixed with hydrogen and enter a hydrofining reactor to be subjected to hydrofining desulfurization, denitrification and alkene saturation; and oil generated by hydrofining is circulated to the crude benzene absorption tower as regenerated wash oil. The invention effectively avoids loss of wash oil; the regenerated cyclic wash oil has good quality and can not generate environment-polluting residues; and thus, the method is an environment-friendly green technique. Besides, the unit operation is stable in the regeneration process, and the operation cycle is up to more than 1000 hours.
