Abstract

The invention relates to a new preparation method of a nutritious beverage rich in various nutrients. The basic formula (using 1000 liters of fruit milk, with kilogram as the unit) uses 160-300 grams of fresh milk, 10-30 millimeters of calcium gluconate, 10-32 grams of white granulated sugar, 1-5 millimeters of sodium cyclamate / 1000 millimeters of fruit juice. The method comprises the following steps: adding 680 liters of water to the fresh milk, mixing the white granulated sugar with the sodium cyclamate, adding 100 liters of water, heating the mixture to boiling, so that the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is sterilized, putting sugar solution into the milk liquid, uniformly stirring the mixture and then putting the mixture into a colloid mill, adding 20 liters of water to the citric acid, heating slightly, so that the citric acid is dissolved; in quick stirring state, slowly infusing the components including citric acid, fruit juice, an odorant and the like to the milk liquid, and uniformly stirring, starting a filling machine, infusing the fruit milk into glass bottles, pressing covers onto the bottles for encasement, soaking into hot water of 85 DEG C, keeping constant temperature for 30 minutes for sterilization, then fishing out the bottles, draining off water on the bottle walls, labeling and the packing the bottle into boxes.
