The invention discloses a remelting processing method for a suction and exhaust valve casing of an internal combustion engine. The method comprises the following steps of 1, finishing the brazing surface of the valve casing; 2, sandblasting the brazing surface and the coating surface of the valve casing; 3, scrubbing the brazing surface and the coating surface of the valve casing with a wire brush; 4, pre-arranging a brazing filler metal in the brazing seams of the valve casing; 5, fastening the upper valve body, the lower valve body and the valve seat of the valve casing by using bolts; 6, spraying a high-temperature anti-corrosion coating layer on the coating surface of the valve casing; and 7, placing the valve casing into a high-temperature reducing furnace, simultaneously brazing the three parts of the valve casing, and remelting of the high-temperature anti-corrosion coating layer. According to the method, the brazing seams of the valve casing are protected effectively and prevented from being corroded by an exhaust gas, thereby preventing brazing seam leakage caused by brazing seam corrosion.
