The content of oxygen of a preferable powder catalyst product is not more than 300ppm, the content of nitrogen is not more than 150ppm; the product is prepared by adopting an inert gas pneumatic atomizing process; catalyst powder is in a ball shape or similar to the ball shape; and the alloy components are uniform.
