Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a diblock copolymer containing polyamide chain segments. The method comprises the steps of: preparing polyamide POBE with an end group of TEMPO (tetramethyl piperidine oxide) through a controllable polycondensation reaction by preparing a controllable polycondensation system; then regulating the 'active' / controllable free radical polymerization of styrene by the POBE which serves as a macromolecule TEMPO reagent, thereby preparing a diblock copolymer with a polyamide segment and a poly styrene segment; and reacting the macromolecules of the POBE with the macromolecules of polymethyl methacrylate prepared through ATRP (Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization), thereby preparing the diblock copolymer with a polyamide segment and a polymethyl methacrylate segment. According to the method, the phenomenon that the TEMPO group shows as an 'inert' group in the controllable polycondensation reaction is utilized fully; polyamide is prepared through the controllable polycondensation reaction firstly, and then the diblock copolymer is prepared under the action of the TEMPO in the active free radical polymerization; and the method has only a few synthesis steps, strong operability, convenience and rapidness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of preparation of diblock copolymers, in particular to a method for preparing diblock copolymers containing polyamide chain segments. Background technique [0002] Block copolymers are divided into two phases at the microscopic scale, showing a microphase-separated structure, and the domains are much smaller than those observed in incompatible polymer mixtures, making them exhibit a supramolecular structure Behavior. The phenomenon of microphase separation exhibited by block copolymers makes block copolymerization play an important role in the chemical modification or polymerization modification of polymers. [0003] "Living" / controllable radical polymerization (LRP) has attracted more and more attention because of its rich monomers that can be used for polymerization, compared with other living polymerizations, the polymerization conditions are mild and it has strong molecular design capabilities . Through LRP, va...
