The method comprises the following steps of: firstly mixing concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium sulfate and sulfamic acid to obtain mixed powder I; uniformly mixing sodium ascorbate, polyethylene glycol 6000 and polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30 to obtain mixed powder II; uniformly mixing ammonium molybdate, polyethylene glycol 6000 and polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30 to obtain mixed powder III; and pressing the mixed powder I, the mixed powder II and the mixed powder III into a three-layer tablet to form a detection sheet for measuring the phosphate content of water quality.
