Abstract

The invention discloses a method for separating soluble grape seed protein by use of a membrane, which comprises the following steps of: preparing grape seeds into degreased grape seeds; adding a pH buffer solution with pH of 5-10 into the degreased grape seeds according to a feed liquid ratio of (1:100)-(1:150); performing ultrasonic-microwave combined treatment for 5-20 minutes; performing suction filtration to obtain soluble grape seed protein extraction liquid with viscosity of 30-90mPa.s, wherein the feed liquid ratio is the ratio of gram weight to the milliliter volume; performing circular treatment on the grape seed protein extraction liquid under a pressure of 0.025-0.150MPa by use of an inorganic separation membrane; and collecting the intersected solution of soluble grape seed protein.
