The preparation method is as following: 1. putting tetrasodium iminodisuccinate with mass ratio 0.18-5 per mill into a plastic barrel, and adding water with mass ratio 994.4-999.796 per mill into the plastic barrel, then stirring the resultant by a stirrer for 10 min to have the tetrasodium iminodisuccinate fully dissolved; 2. adding concentrated nitric acid with mass ratio 0.024-0.6 per mill into the plastic barrel, and then stirring the resultant by a stirrer for 10 min to obtain the environment-friendly eluent for treating heavy-metal-polluted soil. By the invention, the eluent can restore heavy-metal-polluted soil and can be biodegraded completely without causing a second pollution.
