Embodiment Construction

[0037] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with examples, and this example is only used for specific illustration, and is not limited to the practical application scope of the present invention.

[0038] 1) Using bovine serum albumin, chloroauric acid trihydrate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials, a gold nanocluster solution is prepared as a visualization agent;

[0039] 2) Volunteers wash their hands and press on the test material to obtain fresh oil-submerged fingerprints;

[0040] 3) Immerse the fingerprint object test material into the gold nanocluster solution prepared in step 1) or drop the solution onto the surface of the test material, and react for a period of time;

[0041] 4) After taking out the sample, rinse off the remaining developing solution with deionized water and place it in a dark room. Under the irradiation of a 365nm ultraviolet light source, the red fluorescent fingerprint can be clearly observed. Take a photo to obt...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for displaying latent fingerprints on a fluorogold nano-cluster protected by protein, and belongs to the technical field of fingerprint identification. According to the method, bovine serum albumin is used as a reducing agent and a protective agent, a gold nano-cluster is compounded through an immersion method, and latent fingerprints on a PVDF film and an adhesive tape base are marked and displayed utilizing the near-infrared fluorescence emitting performance of the nano material. The method specifically comprises the steps that the bovine serum albumin, chloroauric acid and sodium hydroxide are used as reaction raw materials to prepare gold nano-cluster solutions; fresh fingerprint detection materials are soaked, washed and irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp, and a fluorescence imaging system is used for photographing fingerprint displaying images. According to the method, the gold nano-cluster has strong fluorescence and stability, and has strong combination ability with fingerprint residue. The method is quick in operation, reagents are safe and friendly to the environment, display efficiency, accuracy, flexibility and repeatability are ideal, and therefore the method has good application prospects in the field of fingerprint identification.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for displaying latent fingerprints using fluorescent gold nanoclusters protected by bovine serum albumin, and belongs to the technical field of fingerprint identification. Background technique [0002] There are many patterns of different sizes and shades on the skin of the human palm, including mastoid patterns, flexor folds, scars, etc. These patterns are collectively called fingerprints. A person's fingerprint has characteristics that remain unchanged throughout his life and vary from person to person. Therefore, it is considered to be one of the most reliable methods for personal identification, and is widely used in many fields: such as public security and judicial organs to solve crimes; bank identity certificates; genetic disease diagnosis and so on. [0003] Since the application of fingerprint display technology for more than 100 years, various new display methods have emerged. Such as powder method, small p...
