Abstract

The invention discloses a polyurethane artificial leather processing technology which comprises the following steps: firstly blending and uniformly stirring polyurethane resin, calcium carbonate powder, wood powder, color paste, DMF (dimethyl formamide) and a leather auxiliary, coating the mixture on one surface of a piece of base cloth, repeatedly washing with water and extruding, coating the mixture of the resin, the color paste, the DMF and methyl ester on one surface with a pattern of release paper, adhering the pattern surface of the release paper and a coating surface of a wet process base, drying at the temperature of 130 DEG C, cooling, and separating the release paper from the base to obtain the artificial leather. The leather produced through the processing technology provided by the invention has excellent air permeability and moisture penetrability.
