Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment method for high fat food processing wastewater. According to the method, wastewater is treated by the following processes in order to obtain up-to-standard discharge water, and the treatment processes include: deslagging, ABR anaerobic treatment, air flotation, biological aerated filter biochemical treatment (called BAF biochemical treatment for short), coagulation, filtration, disinfection, sludge treatment and gas treatment. Directed at the water quality characteristic of high fat concentration in food processing wastewater, the method firstly removes animal and plant floating oil through the configuration of multiple grids in an ABR reactor, then lime and PAC are added to make animal and plant oil and other organic pollutants in wastewater form flocs, the phosphate group in the wastewater reacts with calcium ions and aluminum ions to generate phosphate precipitates which are then removed, and then a large number of fine bubbles are produced by an air floatation tank so as to prompt residual fat to adhere to impurity floc particles, thus forming flocs that have specific gravity smaller than water and float to the water surface. Therefore, most animal and plant fat and other organic pollutants can be removed. Not only are the oil indexes up to standards, but also the load of subsequent BAF biochemical treatment is reduced.
